Product Application

EPS concrete wall panel is a green, new kind of product. It can be used as partitions for high buildings and both external wall and partitions for steel-structure prefab houses, villas. EPS concrete wall panel has the advantages of lightweight, thin thickness, high-strength, heat and sound insulation, water and moisture proof, anti-seismic, thermal insulation, etc. Meanwhile, it can be nailed, sawed, grooved, and easy for installation on the construction site. It can reduce the loading weight of the building and increase usable space, so it can save a lot of construction cost.

2) Our panel molding machine is driven by battery instead of electricity.It doesn't need a pulling machine. It is remote-controlled, so it is not easier and safer to use, but also save electricity.

3) The rail transfer system is also remote-controlled.

4) We use Simens PLC for the control of the whole production line.
