Device Characteristics:
1. The operation of material feeding, measuring, mixing and pouring is full-automatic. We use Siemens PLC to control it. One labor is enough to operate it.
2. The panel size is adjustable. Its thickness can be from 60mm to 200mm according to the customers’ requirements.
3. Our panel molding machine can move automatically. It adopts rechargeable batteries to realize the moving. So it is not only easier to use but also safer than using a pulling machine.
4. Our rail transfer system is remote controlled.
5.We use 4.5m3 large-capacity mixer instead of JS750 mixer whose capacity is only 0.75m3. It can save a lot of time for both mixing and pouring.
6. We can make not only wall panels with face (calcium silicate board or fiber cement board) but also panels without board. The surface of wall panels without face is good enough for walls. And its cost is lower.

Q1: What's the capacity of the production line? |
A1: The capacity depends on the quantity of the panel moulding machine and your panel thickness. If the panel thickness you want to make is 100mm, then one panel moulding machine can make 40 pieces of panels. If the panel thickness is 150mm, then one panel moulding machine can make 30 pieces of panels. |
Q2: Can I make 3000mm-long panels? |
A2: If you make wall panels with face panel (calcium silicate board or fiber cement board), the normal panel size is 2440mmx610mm because the face panel size is like this. However, if you don't use face panel, the panel size can be 3000mm long. |
Q3: Can I make 1220mm-wide panels? |
A3: Yes, you can, but the panel is difficult to install on the construction site and the accuracy of panel size is not as good as 610mm panels. |
Q4: How long is the curing time? |
A4: It is around 5-6 hours in normal temperature. |
